返信削除Whenever I try meditation, I quickly think about other things and get distracted from focusing on the breath. So, I haven't experienced the benefits you mentioned in the journal. I should try more times. Thank you for sharing.
返信削除I love this topic so much! I believe that meditation is truly important for calming the mind and relieving stress. I began practicing meditation a couple of years ago, but I had to pause it due to my busy daily life.
Recently, since living in Canada, I have resumed my meditation practice. I believe it's worth spending a little time on it.
